I saw a set of SK ratcheting wrenches in my store and tried the ratcheting mechanism on one wrench. It was pretty underwhelming, to be honest. I actually like Gearwrench wrenches better. The beams are kind of thick too.
Geez, thats a great deal! If I had not recently gotten thr M18, Id be all over this.
EDIT: They also have a deal where if you buy a Milwaukee headlamp ($70), you can get a free vacuum. https://www.tooltopia.com/Milwaukee-MLW211521
Good deal but the seller has zero feedback and the business name is " foshanshiwangbengmingwangluoxiaoshouyouxiangongsi." There are Amazon Warehouse versions for $18.50, though.
Amprobe 15XP-B Compact Digital Multimeter with Non-Contact Voltage Indicator and Logic Test (Used-Like New $35.44. Lowest price new is $108 plus shipping).
"Car Scanner Pro" has been the most full featured, constantly updated, and flawless OBD app that Ive ever used. I used Torque Pro for years and found it was a bit limited. Car Scanner Pro has never let me down.
Im similarly confused with clamp meters and automotive work.
Would a Brymen BM079 or Matco MD79 clamp meter work? They measure DC current from 10mA-600A.
Ebay or FB Marketplace is your best bet. I got the M12 FUEL high speed for $110, tool only. Also got the M12 2.5Ah High Output for $30. Be wary of FB Marketplace. Alot of skeevy scammers on there.
Im confused. Would not all of these things apply to the manufacturing plants owned by Milwaukee in the US? The ones that are churning out some sawzalls, blades, and hand tools? Also, SBD's plant was in Texas. Not exactly a "union friendly" state.
This is the source for that number. It seems to be an estimate and was the closest that I could find to an estimated break out of Milwaukee's revenues: https://www.zippia.com/milwaukee-electric-tool-careers-1191180/revenue/. I was trying to compare the fact that Milwaukee's revenues are only one...
I'm no Milwaukee fan boy but I'm struggling to understand how a Chinese-owned company such as Milwaukee is able to manufacture US-made hand tools while SBD can't get their USA manufacturing off the ground. SBD has spent the past four decades driving every brand in their portfolio into the ground...
I have the Proto Precision Ratchets in 1/4" and 3/8". They are definitely chunkier than Gearwrench, Snap On, Matco, etc. However they are butter smooth and have taken a ton of force with no issues. Ive been thoroughly impressed by them.
Dewalt is good! Ive got the Skil TS6307 and it works well. Strangely enough, the motor burnt up but Skil replaced it with just a video of the problem. Great customer service.
