    Leak from condo building pipe caused damage to my unit

    I had wood floors get warped and needed to be replaced. Had the same guy who last finished the floors come in and I dare you to find where it’s old vs. new. Get the guy who last stained the floors.

    If you can’t get a panel gripper in time you can use a plastic clamp, quicker to attach and release than a c clamp.

    I have the Craftsman opener shown above but never use it as I keep it in the garage and never drink there. I like opening bottles with another closed bottle using the caps to open the other bottle. I have an awesome flat brass opener that I’ll try to find a picture of. Works very well.

    I had the same experience last year when I needed to clear out my new age cabinet. The large cabinet was full of red boxes. I too have a problem. I bought duplicates this year to have at the cabin because I was afraid I’d leave them up there and it’s over 3 hours away. I got the 1/2” drill...

    I have lots of m12 ratchets and impacts in 1/4” and 3/8”. Not dumping the air any time soon. It’s for the big stuff.
