    Extra Long Handle 1/2” Ratchet

I couldn't agree more! I actually had a SH936 too and sold it when I got a SH80A off FB marketplace for $40. The dual 80s especially the 1/2 are some nice ratchets. Now I have 3 dual 80 in 3/8 and only 1 is a newer USA stamped head, its the best of the bunch feel wise but they are all better...

    Extra Long Handle 1/2” Ratchet

I have an older SLF936 I bought off the truck probably 16 years ago, it’s been used, severely abused and it is still running the original gear set. I only just recently pulled the plate and greased the gears in it just because I was doing all the others too. I’ve stood on it, kicked it, beat on...

Real world review of modern Craftsman tools

I have a 3/8 set of metric and sae in a blow molded car that I bought when Lowe’s first started selling them to keep in an old s10 I had at the time. It’s seen semi moderate use over the past few years but nothing major. The ratchet hasn’t given me any problems but I haven’t gotten onto it hard...

All I’ve used it for so far is some electrical trouble shooting on my car hauler when I was hooking up a new battery for the winch. I couldn’t pass it up when nobody else bid and it was starting bid at $29.99

    Best Portaband Stand?

I’ve had a swag for 6 or so years and it does what I need of it. I didn’t get one with legs and instead decided to make its place into my work bench and put a small trash can under it to help with catching the debris from it.

1/2 long handle flex head recommendations

16 years ago I bought a snap on SLF936, it’s a beast! I mainly bought it for doing suspension work and stuck lug nuts when I was a lead tech in a small shop. The owner supplied us the 3 techs with a nice supply of tools to use but there was occasionally a need for a bigger ratchet. I’ve used it...

I also have a Blue-Point MT574C multi meter for $50 shipped. Its in good shape and works as it should, minus the ground lead probe point snapped off like a week after I got it, I do have the clip on lead ends that are included with it too.

well to be fair, I almost went with a smaller two drawer blue point box I have but it has some sentimental value that couldn't be replaced if something happened to it so I opted for the craftsman. I will have to post some more pics when I get it done too. I have already added some other items...

    Let's see your toolbox.

Yeah, my uncle had a big set when I was growing up and craftsman were always what we used so it kinda stuck. I’ve had that 26” top box for probably 16 years. I also have a small 3 drawer midnight blue box I shadow foamed for a traveling tool box. Still a work in progress as I’m trying to...

New ICON Master General Service Socket Sets

I'd also prefer a set in metric only/ sae only and more sizes included. I will wait to see what the 1/2" set looks like if/ when it comes out before ordering a tekton setup. really dont need any more ratchets but if the set looks good.... lol.
