Is it necessary after winter to tear up the floor to clean underneath or can you just spray some water to try to get all the dirt and grit to a drain? It sounds like some people also try to vacuum?

Anyone have a tv mounted in their garage? Are there any disadvantages to mounting a plasma or led in the garage? Excessive dust or something else i;m not thinking of?

Will Racedeck tiles have any problem if they get wheel cleaner on them? I plan to wash my cars in the garage and I do use a wheel cleaner that will get on the tiles, they will be washed off but just want to make sure it won't be a problem. Thanks.

Are those all free flow tiles? Is that black or is there another color in there?

My bids for my project were way more than that. I'm adding on to my existing garage with another 2 car. Nothing too fancy but it will be completely sheet rocked with a sink, drain, and upgraded lighting as well as a heating unit. Mine is done is done in brick. My bid works out to $137/psf.

This worries me, my garage will face west, will I have a buckling problem?
