I like the flexibility of pegboard for some things, but it's terribly frustrating for pliers or other things that tend to get a lot of use. Doh. I read "square blade" and assumed that meant flat blade. Didn't read that as a "square shank."

OP's screwdriver has a square shank, though.

I have one that looks almost exactly like this, but there's enough gunk and light rust that I can't read the date code or many of the words on the heel jaw. What's everyone's suggestion on the best way to clean it without stripping any original paint or the sticker?

I think this is essentially what I was going to do with some PVC. I'd be afraid the plastic bottle wouldn't hold up over time - especially if it put a screw through it to secure to the wall. The PVC will be thick enough to hold up over time, I think.

Great idea for the air tools! Probably not ideal for frequent use (or storage during the work day), but to get them out of the way that's awesome.

Thanks for the photo! I hadn't thought about hanging it upside down by the plastic housing, but that's not a bad idea. If you're nearby at some point, I'd love to see a close up photo of the pegs and whatever they are attached to. Mine's corded, so I'll need to factor that in.

That's what I'm thinking. I'll have to figure out how to secure it to the wall next to my angle grinder bracket. I like the style - but those holes look way too small unless that's the biggest mag-lite I've ever seen!

That looks great! I'm just not sure how practical it would be to cantilever 34" and 275lbs out from the wall like that without some floor supports. However, perhaps a combination of what you did there to keep it from tipping, along with some pedestal/floor support could work. Thanks!

It definitely isn't practical in my current space, but I bought early to take advantage of the intro pricing and to plan ahead for a future shop. I figure I might as well try to put it to use now rather than just holding down my garage floor for a few years!

Has anyone ordered one and installed/mounted it yet? I have mine, but am struggling to figure out the best mounting option for it. My workspace is currently very small - the back wall of my garage. My workbench is about 24" deep, so when I'm not using the vise I'm going to have to rotate it...
