I've only ever hand nailed vinyl siding, but I had my dad to show me how. You just get it to where the siding slides. Not to hard but takes a few trys to get it right then you're set

Our plumber stubs all of our houses in with pex, runs conduit in the slab, then runs the pex through that so you can easily change any of it. As a matter fact it all he uses for water lines in the house

A bottle jack has many uses, so are tire changes included. I have one from oreileys and seems to be fairly good. You can also spend a arm and a leg and buy from usjack. As far as the size of the jack, you should measure the height from ground to your jack point on the car and subtract at least...
I second diablo. Also the Irwin marples blades are great. I have a 12" marples on my table saw and it's been cutting through hardwood for the past 3 years. I think they make the 7-1/4" blades but I'm not positive
