    concrete slab no rebar?

Fyi broken chunks of brick is easier than those chairs. When pouring if someone steps on the rebar close to or on a chair they will break and float to the surface, brick doesn't so that. When we set the slab up for our new concrete guy we do use the chairs at his request Sent from my SM-G930V...

    concrete slab no rebar?

[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Put rebar. Wire mesh is about like not using anything. The fiber is good but isn't good enough to hold on its own. Like The Cobbler said get a new contractor, sounds like the one you have doesn't to deal with doing it proper imho Sent from my...

    Old Kitchen Knives

Thank you. Wish I had forge, looks good for a first try. Files make great knives. Get the rust off then a light coat of 3n1 will keep rust away. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Retrofit concrete anchors that won’t pull out

As Larry said I wouldn't risk using any wedge anchor. Plus residential concrete isn't made to withstand that kind of load. Regardless if the frame is kinked you won't be straightening it. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

    Old Kitchen Knives

I love tung oil as it brings out a very rich color in any wood. I buff all of my handles with carnauba wax By cutting it do you mean out of a fresh log or something dry. Here is another handle showing the normal color of bios d arc and tung oil. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
