Don't buy the smart electrician brand from Menards. Last few packages I have bought have broken right out of the package. Literally snap in two when you bend them.
I buy every used Klein tool I find except strippers, used ones are always trashed. I have never seen a pair of these, so I may have to pick up a new pair and try them out.
I think that used to be in the For Sale part of Classified. I just looked and its not there. Perhaps it got removed during the upgrade. I don't remember much activity on it in the last year.
We used boxes similar to this to carry aircraft specific tool kits on the flight line and flight deck. If you close them up you can use them as a step stool also, just don't left the safety guy see you.

For the one on the right, I'd say clean it up so it works. Oil the heck out of it and chain it to the gas meter. If there is ever an emergency, the wrench is already there to turn off the gas.
I had to do this on my network tester. I just found an old toy laying around and cut the connector off. I soldered the new one on but use low heat, those wires are thin.
