    I do blame her and the company. After all the hype surrounding the "supporters" of this site they should take the bad with the good. These products are not cheap and to leave customers hanging after spending all that money is wrong. :mad: Mike

    Sorry to see bud. I would think if you sand the spots and then add some sharkbite to a clear coat it would help hide those areas. Its fixable. Sorry the manufacture isn't working with you. Mike

    Even if the prep caused certain areas to "soak up" that would just mean more product would be needed in those areas. As far as the doors I would not open fully to keep foreign items from getting on the floor. Mike
