I'd like to put down some sort of epoxy coating on my New Shop floor,What might be best suited in an area that will see some amount of welding cutting etc? or are they all prone to failure?

My understanding is swamp coolers only work well in low humidty Environments, I am 26 Miles from The Bay, 90-100% humidty is norm, Thus the Need for ac. I may have a box fan blowing over an igloo filled with Ice,but there is gonna be some sort of thermal control.
