I think 25% is too heavy for red. My full flake floor has 3% red, and I think it's about right.

I haven't used Epoxy-Coat, but put down 100% solids epoxy in my garage with just the side entry door open and didn't have any problem. Unless you're very sensitive, I doubt you'd need a respirator during epoxy application. The smell/fumes on mine weren't anything worse than latex house paint...

Thanks all. As far as cost, coating materials were right at $2/fto and chips $1.16/ft. In hindsight, I could've got by with around 3/4 of the chip I had, but could only get it in 55 lb boxes. I could have saved around 300.00 if Torginol would have sold chips to me, they wouldn't sell to DIYer.

If you want that deep look, you need a deep (thick) layer of clear. Probably with a thick layer of clear epoxy, topped with polyurethane. You could do multiple coats of polyurethane, but it is expensive and goes on thin compared to epoxy. You want to top with poly for its toughness/durability...

I used some toeless wall base, since in some places my stemwall juts out from the wall and in some places is flush. I think in looks OK.
