I guess I jinxed myself, or it was the GJ power of suggestion. I have a 5 Gallon plastic Scepter gas can the has started to split on the seam at the top of the can. Unsure how old it is. I am guessing around 10 years old. Stored in a storage shed.

Thanks for the information. I currently have a 8 foot Louisville Fiberglass Stepladder. It definitely feels very sturdy. If I decide to buy a 12 footer I will go with a Fiberglass one. I am not a big fan of being on any type of ladder, and I would never buy cheap.

I am considering buying a 12 Foot Step Ladder for infrequent use, to clean outside of the house and garage, as well as to access a storage loft. Any suggestions around fiberglass vs. aluminum? Pros/Cons of each. Thanks.

How about putting down some river rock and parking on it, especially since it is a Jeep. Is parking somewhere in your backyard a better option? Personally, I have had zero experience with HOAs.

Selling a house, buying a house, and moving. You are going to have a lot to do and a lot of stress. Do not add one more thing, by moving or dismantling/rebuilding the shed. Buy or build a new shed at the new house that better fits your needs and matches the house.

I would like the 2 car garage side a little deeper. I would definitely want the Shotgun/Tandem side wider. 18.8' just sounds tight. Especially with 2 door vehicles or trucks. Any pics of what the front view of the house will look like?

Very nice. my steps are very similar, only 3 before the landing. Personally, I prefer the permanent steps and the steps being indoor. The lost space is insignificant. My garage is 26Dx38Wx12H.

I assume it may be a little pricey, but look into Astro turf for part of the front yard.

Why are you looking to get rid off most/all of your grass? How long does it take to mow each time?
