    Does anyone here have a 4" Wilton Cadet, and would be so kind as to tell me the diameter of the spindle handle? I have a client that needs a new one, and I want to be sure that the diameter of 0.500 is correct. thanks!

    Here is my Reed 405 that had a swivel jaw pin, stuck swivel jaw, swivel base, and swivel base center pin before and after pictures. The little that is left of the red paint I removed, i'll probably have to attack it with paint thinner or something like that as a wire wheel just isn't getting it...

    yeah that is what worked in the end, first soaked in vinegar overnight, then I hammered on it with a pair of hand vise grips, and then I justed the drag link socket.

    First I soaked it overnight in vinegar, then I hammered on it with a pair of hand vise grips and a 4 pound hammer, then I tool that drag link socket and used a 1/2" air wrench.     Yeah very very tight, good old vinegar definitely helped loosen it up!
