I just did this with my carriage doors just this past weekend. I bought the below from amazon and used liquid nails to hold them down. It doesn't seal 100% because my floor isn't exactly level and the doors aren't 100% square but its certainly better than nothing. Will take a pic later and...

Final update I think...doors are painted Maibec Nantucket Grey to match the cedar shingles. Hard to see but there are shingle around the doors and all along the left side. I thought about painting the garage all black but with plans to paint the house an all black garage leaves me with limited...

More progress..got the split door opener installed and working. A couple issues to work out but for the most part I am happy with it. Its quiet, easy to install and use but the specs by Sommer leave a little bit to be desired. The other 2 doors should be done in the next couple days...

Yeah the garage is a low point but to the left is lower and where 99% of my down spouts and drains drain to daylight. Ill figure something out for the gap in the front but right now just having a hard time finding cedar boards, seems like with covid building materials are scarce.

I actually got that but it doesn’t line up with my steel. Mine is like a V whereas that is rounded. In theory it could work to just block off that gap at the top from the inside if I just attach to the header.

Started working on the walls and closing this thing in. Framed the side walls and cut out sections of the columns to allow for a flat surface for the ply and trim. Outside will be cedar trim and cedar shingles so it should offset the board and baton of the main section of the house nicely...
