    hub grappler?

I have one and the older hub tamer. The OTC stuff has gone down in quality since they went overseas but everyone has. They will warranty anything that breaks too, or find a Matco guy. I am still on my first forcing screw and use on a regular basis in the shop. Just keep it lubed up.

Dumbest thing you've ever done in your garage...

Prolly funniest think I have ever seen is when I was working at an Olds dealer 15 years ago. Guy next to me was doing injectors on a 3.3 and used pry bar to pop up the fuel rail. Pry bar hit the lug on the back of the alternator an shorted to the fuel rail. Blew a hole in the fuel rail that...

Sad day in tool quality Matco

My main issue is that the new hard line stuff, sockets and wrenches are **** compared to what they use to be. Most of the combo wrenches are still made in the US along with some of the sockets, like 3/8 swivel impacts, but most of the sockets are not made here anymore. They are very poor...

Sad day in tool quality Matco

I have been a tech for a long time and run my own shop and I am so disappointed in the quality of tools, especially Matco. I asked my truck guy today how he could sell such Chinese **** and he told me everything was guaranteed. I was like year guaranteed to be garbage and break in a month, I...
