Me and my son did Hardie cement on our gables 25’up. Rented pump jack system and banged it out. Biggest issue was getting correct angle on the ends. Just used old siding to get it right. Also at that height, caulking and paint hides a multitude of sins. We had never done anything like that...

I wish it was only $3,000 to replace my water line from the street to the house. Fortunately the old line was able to be disconnected at the old street connection where it failed conveniently on “my” side of my connection and new copper was attached there and pulled to my meter in the house...

My set in post 5 is now complete. 101 offset screwdriver on its way from eBay. Paid almost as much for the damn thing as I gave for the almost complete kit. I’m happy.

Not GJSS related but shipping usps snafu related. We ordered gifts on Dec. 2. Tracking ended on Dec. 14. Still no delivery. I feel your pain.
