    14th annual GJ Secret Santa!

Very blessed. Thank you very much to my secret Santa. Will have to do a bit of research to figure out who it is, but received an awesome package. Got a local skate/board shop shirt, triangle(use these all the time, can never have enough) some build kits to assemble with my lil boys as well as a...

    Holding Flashlight For Dad

I have been very fortunate to learn from my parents as well. Been doing my best to pass it on to the next generation. My lil man(2) absolutely loves hanging in the garage and working on stuff. He has been holding the light since about a year old. Pretty awesome stuff. Projects tend to take...

Steel building costs keep going up? Buy now or wait?

Gonna be a lot longer than a year before things rebound... More like "What about waiting 5 years?" Won't see lower prices for a significant amount of time...

Steel building costs keep going up? Buy now or wait?

It will all depend on how long you want to wait... I deal with various different supply chains for construction/ag and they are talking a minimum of a 5 year timeframe before things START to catch up. Currently ordering product for mid-late 2023 delivery, with absolutely no price protection due...

Oh snap... I'm borderline about to join ya in this department. Mostly a lurker on these forums, but follow many of the same people you do and damn it has been tough holding out! Go with the Ender 3v2?

    Mark's Monster Garage....3800 sq ft

Going to jump in on this question as I also have the Fuji Spray SemiPro2 setup. It is a great system to use. I have used it on cabinets mainly myself but it is very easy to setup and use. I'd have to say the whole fuji system is great in that it is very simple to use. The turbine gives constant...

I am in the same mindset as you on this. Used air for the longest time because of the battery worry. However, got a milwaukee 18 gauge nailer here about 4 months ago and it has been a gamechanger as far as productivity. Don't have lug around a compressor or wait for it to fill anymore. Have...

Milwaukee Tire Inflator, is it any good?

I also use it for bike tires weekly. Set your PSI and I can have the whole fleet of bikes aired up in just a couple minutes. I use mine all the time! So much better than lugging a compressor around. It does **** up the battery juice, however. A 2.0 battery will last about 2-3 car tires going...

To minimize color change, definitely will want water based poly. Varathane ultimate water based poly is what I generally use. Satin or matte will give it a nice flatter finish with minimal color change. Also makes for easy cleanup. As far as those pocket holes, plugs actually work pretty well...

Sorry for the long delay, finally was able to get my gift set up! Got this tube preamp from my secret santa. Not sure how he/she knew I wanted one as I haven't posted about these at all... I recently set up a stereo system in the shop and have been looking to hook up my turntable and spin some...

Above 1200 Sq/FT From Urban Pie Factory To Mountain Barn

I run a Kreg Foreman in my shop as well. I've got close to 5000 holes through it currently and overall it has worked great to be honest. Biggest issue I've had with it is the two knobs that keep the depths locked tend to work their way loose over time, the one on the back for the drill stop and...
