I have a 9k lift on a ~4" floor and it cracked the floor (ford f150). It is not the load straight down that is the issue, it is the torque applied from the offset load.

Use the 20% for a cover up, tile, vct, epoxy, etc, and move on. You will end up with a better looking floor than bare concrete and save 20% on it.

Might want to look into the newer paint they advertise for decks? Not sure on price. I have done spary in liner with a Schutz gun for ~$60 ( u-pol on sale).

What brand is that lift?

My wife got some from IKEA that stack. They work pretty good. they are about 24" high each. We have to seperate parpe, plastic, aluminum. Look for "waste sorting" on the IKEA site

You create some really nice bikes. I like the look of the fat tire models. How do you keep water out of inside the frame on the green bike? The slot where the control cable enters the tube near the bottom looks like it is open.

How do you determine the key size needed for a chuck size? I have several old drills with no keys and cannot find a part number or chuck size. Anyone have a good source for keys?

Try to get something that will stick, if it runs off (think wd-40) it will drip on cars and floor. I have used motorcycle chain lube and graphite spray.
