PSA - 40x30 is not the ideal size for a shop!!

Your inside staircase adds to the problem. Would it help if you moved the boat to the other side where you could get it tight against the wall?

PT Deck - Stain? Seal? Leave alone?

My PT deck is 26 yo and I'm in the Pacific Northwest! All I've ever done is power wash and treat with Flood CWF-UV penetrating wood finish.

    Newbie radiant questions

I agree with @jack stand. Download a free 30 day trial of loop cad. It's not too hard to figure out and will help you determine heat loads and let you look at different tube layouts. I think you will be fine with a serpentine layout. Spiral counterflow is hard to do for larger spaces. I...

New guy, building pole barn. MS Paint image included.

Putting a lift in 20' seems pretty tight to me. Make sure you look up the specs on the types of lifts you are considering. My Rotary 10Klb suggests a minimum of 24' https://www.derekweaver.com/content/product-manuals/Rotary%20SPO10%20&%20SPOA10%20Installation%20Instructions.pdf

    Rotary SPOA10 dimensions

That's cutting it pretty tight. Mine is used and I don't know how consistent Rotary has been with the design, but it is 4 1/4" from the outside of the post to the flat on the baseplate corner.

Any issue with adding more insulation to a metal garage that is wrapped in double bubble?

Will you be primarily heating or cooling the garage? Vapor barrier is intended to prevent moisture from diffusion through the wall from the warm side to the cool side. The barrier should be on the warm side.

Any issue with adding more insulation to a metal garage that is wrapped in double bubble?

You can. However, radiant barriers require dead air space for them to work. So, you would be basically making the double bubble worthless. There are several other factors to consider related to making the space airtight and mitigating vapor migration. The proper "sandwich" depends on your...

Blank covers cost more than breaker to fill empty spot!

That's about all they're good for now with so many applications requiring arc fault and/or ground fault breakers. I have a whole box of them I can't give them away.

    Ideas for pole building interior.

Guess I'm no help........... To be a little helpful, you could use plywood, some type of wainscoting, a heavier gauge galvanized steel, or heck, how about diamond plate.

Above 1200 Sq/FT The Empty Cup 40x64 Post Frame

I was fortunate to be able to pick up a signal from the house at a window in the mezzanine of mine. So I added a mesh router there for inside the building. That steel skin just kills any wifi or cell signal from outside.

Before I built the shop, all my stuff was crammed into the third bay of the house garage. After it went up, I was informed that I needed to get my stuff out of there because she was taking it over.... Are they going to put a moisture barrier down before concrete?
