Do you have any steel suppliers in your area? The ones around here have a remnants rack that holds cut-off pieces which sell for far cheaper than their regular stock. Since you don't need much & it doesn't need to be a particular size, around here I'd check that rack first.

I would try a large ratchet strap to pull & try to reverse the action of the ram. The first trick would be to operate the ratchet without putting limbs at risk if it were to suddenly collapse. Probably carefully reaching thru the center opening. If the ratchet alone wouldn't move it, then...

If you do this, spread them out wide in the trench. If they're tight together it can be a real pain later on to work on one without damaging the others.

Do you still have the old toilets? I would think you could set them up on sawhorses, fill them with water, then use the moisture meter underneath to see if moisture is migrating thru the worn glaze. It wouldn't need to be much, since that's a trapped location

Are you using the wax seal with the plastic horn? I've quit using those in favor of the wax ring only. No reason for a funnel to direct a 2" opening into a 4" pipe. It can be a point of restriction, or cause years of unnecessary splashing against the wax.
