OP you should probably provide some photos of the outside of the walls so we can see how the land/dirt/gravel is where it meets the walls and how it slopes away from the walls.
My speculation is it has to with CAFE mileage requirements. And is stupid as others have noted with their 100,000 mile observations.
My 2019 will have the front plugs looked at at 80,000 miles.
