Don't use the grit type cream hand cleaner, we had one of them at my last job, we would just dump the brand that they got, would pump most anything until the grit stopped it up, one of the Mech took it down and threw it away after that.

Ive had good luck with the Bosch. Dewalt has been good also, and I use the HF never had any power problems but they do have lot's of Vib but @ 9.00 a grinder. I don't feel bad throwing them away when they stop working

30 amp Breaker and the 8ga wire should be fine and Yes I would put in a disconnect of some type, breakers were never made to be used as switches

If I didn't own any other Milwaukee tools then I would jump on the craftsman at that price

If you use the brake fluid use DOT 3 it works better than the DOT 4 I keep an old army ammo can half full of DOT 3 any time I pick up some tools from a Garage sale or pawn shop with a little rust. I drop them in there for a week or two. wipe them off hit them with a buffing tool and good as new...

I would go with the blocks also, then fill them with sand it will insulate and sound proof

I've seen the 18v Dewalt take lug nut's off the front of a Backhoe with no problem, and the spec's on the 18v Milwaukee show it is stronger than the Dewalt, but these are 1/2 drive I don't think 1/4 hex will get you there no matter what brand, I have the 3/8 M12 Milwaukee but have never tried it...
