    Well problem

Thank you very much for the help. I talked to the previous owners yesterday and I was informed it's a 75 foot deep well, that unfortunately is out where my deck is located. I am going to have to do some trouble shooting tomorrow and see if it's the pump or if it's something worse. They stated...

    Well problem

I don't know if it's sucking air or not. When two or more sources are used at the same time it loses pressure in the gauge and then bounces all over the place without water. Shut off the valve to the house and it builds pressure in the pressure tank and then it's okay from then on. It seems...

    Well problem

I'm not losing pressure when it's off. I dont think it's my water level either because once I shut off the second fixture the pressure evens out and maintains pressure. I am hoping it's the pressure switch Sent from my SM-G965U using The Garage Journal mobile app

    Well problem

I am having a problem with my well and was wondering if anyone had some insight. Lately I have noticed that my well struggles to maintain pressure when I run more than 2 things at once. We have been at this house for 5 years and just started noticing this a little over a year ago. At first I...

    Metal roof on garage

Strip them off, just had my roof done two years ago. They stripped them off because over time the shingles can break down and allow the screws to work loose. Also allows for them to inspect the sheathing. Good thing they did I had a lot of rot on my roof that needed replaced. It'd be dumb to...

    Well and bladder tank issue

I just installed a waterworker in my home a few months as my old tank had failed like yours. Waterworker is made my the same company as your old one Amtrol. The warranty is a little shorter but I am happy with mine. I am thinking of possible getting another and daisy chaining them together.

    Car tool kit

Not mechanically inclined at this point. Mostly to be used for driving on road, probably will take it off road with his friends because there are tons of places around here to go. I am kind of throwing something smaller together to be his first tool set so if/when he decides its time for him...

    Car tool kit

Yea, I just use the cheap impact's that you get a coupon for at harbor freight, maybe a little overkill but for 9 dollars a set it beats a 4 way or cheap lug wrench they put in cars these days. Thank you all for the suggestions so far. :rocker:

    tin over shingles ???

Here's what I was told when I had my metal roof done 2 years ago. First contractor wanted to put them over my shingles, 2nd contractor quoted me a little more than the first guy but removed all the shingles. His explanation to me was as the shingles deteriorate they break down and could loosen...

    Water Filtration

I do plan to have the water tested, I have minerals in the water and I want to filter sediment as well. I do notice sometimes if I tax the well too much I can **** up sediment and I want to keep that from my appliances. Thank you guys so far for the responses.
