Water worker is made by the same company who makes x-troll tanks. I just replaced mine after the old one was rusted completely shut. I went with water worker because that's what I had locally available in stock. Water worker has the stub to check the pressure on it.

I had one, where I bought a 3/8 short SK breaker bar and what I got was a NAPA 3/8 ratchet. Fortunately, my returns to Amazon have been easy and non-stressful.

These must be the newer ones from Snap on, doesn't say Vulcan anywhere on the wrench just says Williams USA and the size of the wrench. Uber nice and want to complete the set for sure.
