Glad you like it :) Here's a picture of the Storage wall. Sadly it is too tight in there for any good pictures. The wall is 3 sections. Depth is 706mm. The two sections to the right are 2,5m high, the left one is 2,0m high. The width of the sections are (L to R): 1190mm, 1020mm and 1428mm.

Can't you get rock-based insulation blow in ? No itching or any of the issues with fiberglass.

For your budget I would get a air/air heatpump and a propane burner for extra heat when the heatpump can't keep up. That will provide very cheap heating down to at least -5 degrees C. I imagine the heat pump will keep your shop hot enough at least 90% of winter days if correctly sized.
