Yeah I know what your going to say invest in a S/O or high quality box. But it is a little different at my work. I work in manufacturing and only need in the toolbox when a problem arises or possibly preventive maintenance. My work supply's some tools but usually not what you need at the time...

I have alot of augers too. Every time I buy some at a yard sale the owner or someone says "just cut the end off and you can use it in a drill" I just agree and go on.
