    I know for a fact that the Quikrete brand made by Valspar had some issues with some bad epoxy a year or so ago, was wondering if he had bought one of those a retailer didnt return to Valspar on their recall.

    there is some concrete paints made by UGL and Quikrete/Valspar out there that sell for liek $25.00 a gallon, but like everyone said spend the extra few bucks and get the epoxys, of course prep work is the key.
