    Fast option is to cut the stumps until about 10mm is left put on it nut (14mm internal diameter?) and weld it, remaining treaded part will move due to heat. Slow option is to grind stumps flat with flange and carefully drill and retap the holes.

    That 2002 nissan micra will run forever with just basic maintenance, I have seen them with 200k miles clocked. Good choice for first car.

    Had same stanley 3/8 set years ago, unfortunately lost it somewhere. Great strong ratchet and compact too, (replaced countless nissan diesel turbochargers with it), wish I still had it.

    Personally I use Bluepoint O2 sensor socket set for last 10 years and it never failed, I think its rebranded (not Snap-on) possibly sourced from Taiwan so there is plenty of clones on the market for cheap. While on this subject, what do you use for PM (particulate matter) sensors that are 24mm?
