    well it was stainless steel rod..... i was cutting with the tip......is this possibly a manufacturing defect in the metal?

    hi all i was cutting a bit of wire the other day when the ends of side cutters snapped off, basically chipping the end....bit of a pain in the **** really... was just wondering whether my local so man will replace them i have enclosed the best pics i could.... cheers

    im liking the usag top chest....... my tool trolley "above"....is a bit over loaded,it has been modified with some extra racks for the allan keys, screwdrivers,torxdrivers etc..but just like the ease of being able to grab stuff...and because there is only me and my old man in the workshop...

    Electronic torque wrenches, what's your take.

    i use a snap on tech wrench....i brought mine because i 'm told it is more precise than a standard click type, apparently....when a standard torque wrench reaches the correct torque setting it then clicks creating a breif moment of extra leverage...with a electronic/digital there isnt any of...
