Like others mentioned, the ceiling insulation is important. I have 2 20x21 garages, the first one is not heated, and under my master bathroom. The insulation in that room has to be crazy thick, because the ceiling height is under 8', and the other garage is almost 10' (which has 8" floor joists...

Thanks for the quick response! I am looking at ordering a 4 post with the SJ-35 jack. As I have been reading up about it, a few people commented that the Jack takes quite a while to get the car up in the air, and that sliding it around was difficult. I was just looking for some feedback...

Nice, I am doing my research right now. The overhead door tracks, I was looking to just push the whole track up as high as I can to the ceiling, and then add legs at the bottom. I know there is a slight angle to the track as it gets to the bottom, but I am sure I could figure something out...
