I just picked up a Tek-Motion kit off Amazon ($40) after I looked at the Sears kit and personally decided it comes from the same factory. There are no markings on the red box just a piece of paper with the contents of kit and a thank you note for purchase. Works as intended and happy with results.

^macgee-why do you have to send us to south central LA? haha. Wear a flak jacket and neutral colors when picking it up. Like you mentioned, it's good starter for sure.

You can add sheets of OSB plywood for walls to strengthen it up inside, after you run new electrical of course, replace/remove the windows and doors, then level the concrete with the quick fix stuff then throw a modular floor in there-RaceDeck style.

It's a nice little downtown here but parking is a PIA. Ray-CA did you make it down the street to Bar of America of over to Jax Truckee Diner? Which was built from an old diner RR car. It was good weekend to get up in the mountains out of the 105+degree weather in the valley.
