My bosses have never hassled me, but then I try not to spend too much time on the tool trucks. The longer I spend on there, the more likely I am to spend too much money.

I have some Gearwrench ratcheting wrenches that I am very happy with. Also have some 12 point 3/8" drive Gearwrench sockets. They may be the worst sockets I've ever used - they never fail to round off the bolt head. So, hit and miss, I guess.

I have the Snap-On version, which appear to be identical. They work, but only on very light snap rings. The first time I used them, the tips broke off. I kept replacing the tips for a while, but I eventually got sick of it and bought a set of the convertible snap ring pliers.
