I used to have a KRA2312 and the only issue I noticed was the casters - I move my box around a lot, and when full it was noticeably harder to push than my current KRL1022. It was a fine box though, and if I hadn't outgrown it I'm sure I'd still be using it.

I've got those too. IMO they're a lot easier to use than a strap wrench, especially in tight quarters.

Wow. Looks like it's in great shape; you got quite a deal. I haven't seen any KRL's locally in decent condition for anything approaching that price.

Re: Who makes 1/2" dr. 12 pt. impact sockets with sizes that are prominently marked? Yeah, some of my 3/4" drive impact sockets are Sunex, and while I've had no issues with them, the markings don't hold up that well.

I work on heavy trucks, and have both. I don't use the 1/2" set very frequently, but I use the 3/8" sockets all the time. I could probably get away without having the 1/2" set but they can certainly make some things easier.
