    I have a a floor drain and the concrete is sloped towards the drain. If a vehicle is wet or snow covered it drains really good. Also the place heats incredibly well. Now that the living quarters are gone the shop will be air conditioned in the summer. :)

    best penetrating spray

    Knock'r Loose, I've never found anything better. Look it up on YouTube I use Kroil also but in my opinion it's not as good as knock'r loose. There's a pretty good video on YouTube comparing the two.
