Wow, looks 10x better! What did you use to anchor the wood framing (tack strips) to the masonry wall? Also, are there no outlets on the aforementioned wall? Edit: I see an outlet below the window in the last picture, but can't tell if that's the same wall.

:confused: EVERYTHING but except electrical, paint, a garage door, etc.... is pretty vague and $4,400 is VERY low.

The rebar adheres to the concrete surrounding it, making it unnecessary to weld the rebar where it passees over another piece.

^^ Generally, nails > screws in terms of shear strength. I don't think you'll have squeak issues with using nails for joist hangers

cut a small "channel" (the width of the blade on a concrete saw) where the lowest point of the "channel" is at your garage door. You can then squeegee/broom any water into the "channel" and away it goes out your garage door. As far as this working for your racedeck flooring? It wont :)

Depending on your ceiling height, it may be better to suspend the lights so the light is closer to your working surface. Many shops have higher ceilings making the suspended lights a good choice.

For general lighting, i'd recommend a 2x2 pattern running the lights parallel with the 20' dimension of the garage.

From the looks of it, the tree is NOT on your property. But courts don't go on looks. If you were to bring this to court once the tree fell, you'd need a boundary survey from a licensed surveyor showing that the tree is IN FACT on the neighbors property. At least that's the way it works here...

Use that ledge! you could build floor to ceiling shelving on it, use it as you're welding supplies storage area, etc. You have A LOT of wall space that isn't being utilized for storage. How tall are your walls? Looks like you could fit some 24" tall shelves on the walls that hang down from...
