Hey I've been looking into a garage/shop design that I've been interested in for a while. Its a 28'x26' shop with a storage lean to off the back of it that measures 6'x26'. The front wall is 10' tall. Peak is set at 16'. It will have a loft/"living room" area up there with a tv and couches...

I will when I start school... I'll wanna leave here anyways after the holiday season is over. Not me... Seeing all these oldies wanting to quit makes me think "someone will have to replace them. might as well be me!"

This is VERY clean in my opinion. I hate racks, they take too long to unhook the wrench and get what you need.

I haven't even started yet. I have about 35 hours of OT coming up this week and next, then Apple gives me a huge bonus for the OT hours so I can't mess it up right now. That and I am just starting auto mech training on Jan 9.

I see all your points but where I am now, I'm getting 13/hr in a desk job that I don't particularly enjoy. I would love to wrench on a vehicle anyday, regardless of pay. If it beats 13 an hour, I'm in!

I love the set up, only issue I would have in my shop is the 2 corner boxes drawers interfering with each other. Wouldn't think it would it happen very often but in my shop... it would.
