S-K is the way to go for flare nut wrenches. I've had a set that I've used out here in the rust belt of Upstate NY for 20 plus years. BEST bang for the buck!

That is actually a decent ratty for a few bucks. At that price, it makes a GREAT beater!

I don't know about this particular cutter, but, if you cut and sweat copper, one of these is a necessary toolbox item.

I am going to look into the Gearwrench. I have the long 1/2 drive USA made one and it is MILES ahead in quality over anything else in it's price range.
