You could keep your paint in a cupboard in the garage. Line the cupboard with thin silver backed insulation. Wire up a 40w incandescent light bulb in the cupboard on a 15min-on/15min-off cycle and that will keep your paint plenty warm over the winter.

Those hinges are not ideal - if you wanted it to swing out, you would need to leave a gap at the front of the fence to allow for the thickness of the fence to swing 90. The hinges posted by Git are better, but you still would need to solve the same problem. Clearly he did not think this out...

Thank you! The table top is ⅜" thick. It's just shy of 36" high - I made it to match the height of my Festool MFT and another table I have in my shop. Regarding changing the wire - I planned it so I can open the side of the welder to get at the wire, but I might need a magnet to hold the lid...

Thanks Matt - good point about the bottom. I probably should do something there to secure it a little better. I've been using my woodworking clamps to complete this project and they are now all dirty :( I guess I'll need clamps for metal AND wood :)
