You can 100% buy replacement tools. I just did it when I lost a plate for my brake caliper kit. Four bucks including tax and free shipping. They could make it easier (their website is pretty weak), but it's not hard.

If you're going to get a new battery, go with a FORGE battery - they'll deliver more power to a brushless impact. The 6.0 a bit less than the 8Ah or 12AH, but still more punch than the old HO batteries. The newer FUEL High Torque is a beast would be very surprised if it can't handle it.

If I needed a beefy mf'er vise to do some heavy work, I'd absolutely grab the Fireball Compact vise. Definitely a lifetime-grade piece of equipment. That's a hell of a workbench, so I doubt the vise would overwhelm it, but I guess it depends on what you're doing.
