Old ATSCO ? 6000RPM HD Straight Air Grinder Torque Monster

I picked this up recently “as is” from a local seller. It was seized up due to old oil/grease and bad spring for the on/off lever. Damn scary at full speed you feel a Gyro effect kicking & sounds like a 4-Stroke dirt bike. Anyone know any information on this one or the Manufacturer? Thanks...

Xcelite Collectors / Gurus.....Question re: Magnetic Driver

I’ve only found evidence of two others, a red handled 1/4” Magnetic Long & Short driver. Maybe these were a one-off promotional deal or something. I found it strange how these I found were singled out and wrapped up. Shot in the dark but I’m going to email Apex Tool Group.

Xcelite Collectors / Gurus.....Question re: Magnetic Driver

Asking all the Xcelite Gurus out there if you’re familiar with the Hex Driver pictured. I found 3 of these (All 5/16”) meticulously wrapped in old shop towels at a garage sale recently. I’ve never seen this style handle / hex driver from Xcelite & cannot find it in any catalogs. If you have...

I’m stumped on this Unusual Cast Iron open-end “Wrench-Saw”

Thanks Lugnuts and a good read[emoji1303]. After an hour or so browsing Google/images I ran across one other labeled: “Unusual double open ended wrench and keyhole saw, first we've seen with a cast or forged handle. These are usually stamped sheet steel” (Lot CB084)...

I’m stumped on this Unusual Cast Iron open-end “Wrench-Saw”

Looks like maybe antique tool roll stock, unsure. I’ve never seen this one before. It has a knurled Brass tension Nut to tighten the blade. Though it’s broken on one end, it’s a very cool and unusual tool Any information is appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Garage Journal

Requesting help identifying old (flat) pump on custom built 1940’s-60’s? Air compress

Thanks everyone for your help. That’s pretty nuts & one lucky find. This thing was on it’s way to Recycle when I picked it up. Finally had time to remove the pump this evening & on the bottom was the Westinghouse T-1 badge. There’s no telling how long it’s been exposed to the elements and...

Requesting help identifying old (flat) pump on custom built 1940’s-60’s? Air compress

The compressor pump is what has me baffled. It looks as if something (maybe a heatsink) might have been bolted to the top of the pump. Sent from my iPhone using Garage Journal

Anyone know the logo or manufacturer of this old Aluminum Air Blow Gun?

See pictures, I’m not familiar with the logo. It’s missing the original handle & plunger but works fine. I plan to fabricate a new handle once I know the manufacturer. Thanks for your time. -Steven E Sent from my iPhone using Garage Journal

Requesting help identifying old (flat) pump on custom built 1940’s-60’s? Air compress

Though it’s pretty ugly at the moment, I plan to do a nut & bolt restoration on the old thing. After researching online I found the air tank was originally an Aluminum Oxygen tank from a WW1 - WW2 (Bomber). I also read it wasn’t uncommon back then to build custom compressors such as this one...

With a Big Thanks to Mr. McMahon in CO, I’ve completed my Plomb SAE Wrench Set. The 1212 was in better condition than expected. Now the restoration starts on the others. I’ll also be building a custom wrench rack made from aluminum & hardwood. I plan to do an engraving of the old Plomb logo...
