    gas stations from yesteryear

How neat. Particularly like the '55 Nomad, the "Victory Girls" servicing the shark-nose Graham, and the plain-Jane '55 two-door Chevy wagon. Thanks for the great post.

    Black Forest Lola Garage

How very cool. Love the "Traco" decal. That company could really make a Chevrolet V8 sing.

Beautiful. The Lola T70 has always been a favorite of mine. Really great lines - especially the coupe. Agree, more pictures please.

    Triumph Spitfire on car dolly

Take heart. There will always be another (and possibly/probably nicer) example to consider. Here's one in Virginia, advertised on the British Car Forum. A '75 with 48,000 original miles, the coveted hardtop and described as excellent - but no overdrive...

    Cordless power tool storage

On my HF 13 drawer, I moved the two larger drawers to the top. More convenient for me to have the impacts close to the socket drawer. Chargers sit on top of the box.

    Restoration of old Pepsi Cooler

Thanks - Yes the "Royal Crown" is embossed. While you don't see these nearly as often as the two other colas (Coke and Pepsi), it doesn't seem to add any more value.

    Restoration of old Pepsi Cooler

I think from seeing your photos, your cooler may be an "Ideal 55" (holds 55 bottles). Here's a website that's showing a Pepsi "55" restored. http://www.antiquevend.com/projecthistory/2007ideal55pepsi.html Here's my Royal Crown Cola 55:

    anyone have classic car insurance?

Careful now. This is what Grundy has to say about stated value policies vs. agreed value policies: http://www.hotrodhotline.com/pr/2010/010grundytips/ "While the names of the policies may sound similar, there is a huge difference between our Agreed Value policy and a Stated Value policy. Some...

    Air Hose Reel Mounting?

Placed mine in the middle on the work bench. The bench is in the middle of the garage. Got the idea from Jack Olsen's garage but didn't have the need to have it out of view. Very happy with the placement.
