Above 1200 Sq/FT Out on Quaker Road

Welcome. Nice place, just drove through there this summer. I see the 325 didn't make it to far from the factory. The farm I work at part time we have a 325, 275 and a 350 plus more. They milk 900 or so. Just how bad are the bugs out there in the summer, I saw a many adds for summer spraying?

    Finally building a shop

It's funny that when i was coming up with my plan to run power in the spring this is pretty much my exact plan. I have a two story colonial with a full basement, but the layout is like yours. I was also planning on doing a paver patio between the house and shop. I am fairly up to date with code...

    Finally building a shop

Do you have an more details on how you installed you sub-panel? I know the basics, but your setup is just like I am dealing with now. What cable did you use MHF or SER? How did you exit the house above ground and then bury or direct under. Thanks

    26x32 Belgium shop build

Nice truck, I have pretty much the same one. I couldn't imagine driving that everyday over there with fuel prices and small roads. This might seam like a strange question, but being "American Minded" over there, do you get a lot of strange looks.

    Jawn's drive-under

As a contractor, I would be worried about the ceiling not being "fire proofed". I see your in GA so I wouldn't worries about it freezing, but once you put a car in there is should be dry-walled to prevent fire spreading in to the living space and it also acts as a barrier against exhaust fumes...

Is this Authentic SO Ratchet or Imposter (Pic)

One of things I hate most in the world is a thief, it's "America" work hard, be honest and you can get ahead. I had no idea about Wenzel, but while reading the story I found the link to this story. It's an interesting read and really makes you think about how people can can change when behind a...

    T12 to T5 retrofit kit

I just worked the past couple of weekends for a company doing this same thing in a Bank of America building. It was an seven story tower with thousands of lights to retro fit. We used "Cooper" lighting retro fit kits for this particular job, but lithiona also makes decent kits. I found out...

    In car 12v tool charging

I installed a 2,000 watt inverter in my work truck and it works great. It charges my dewalt 18V stuff on their regular wall chargers. I can run a circular saw, sawzall and a small compressor, just one at a time though. When I helped film a couple episodes of the TV show "Viva La Bam". We ran the...
