Scott, Nice reunion. In Navy boot my swim skills were just like a rock. They had E-8 Navy SEALs teaching remedial swimming. They were great teachers. I passed and have been swimming since. Your airline retirement is when? Another milestone.

I don't like the phrase "unexpected neighborhood issue" sounds bad. Hope the event was resolved and nobody was hurt.

Putting thin wall tube in boxes with zero protection is borderline retarded. That is all the sellers liability.

The days after T-Day are busy for a freight dog mechanic. I go the week before. I usually space A on SW. That way I beat the crowds, get to see mom, and get back before all the blizzards, ice, and crazy pax. LOL

My mom is in Missouri. Has my sisters and brother to help. Seems when I am there she saves some projects for me as well. I like helping. Nice you have your son close. Remember those I beam lifts in the old trucks long ago? You might need to cob one up.

The testament of a excellent pilot is that he walks out of the cockpit after his retirement flight. After all the years, issues, weather, maintenance problems, and challenges. I have seen a lot of those in the last few years. My "old guy" pilots that I respect as the highest level professionals...

Is you crazy? Ok. I see you released them. Some people can handle snakes. I can as long as they are heading the other way. I am in Arizona where we have plenty. Your build looks awesome! I would do the same except my wife is a bit pampered. LOL.

    Home A/C Replacement in Arizona

After all the service calls I found the problem Friday night. The water sensor was faulting. The condensate line was plugged at the drip loop. I replaced the line from the unit to the wall. Now the sensor will not reset. I dried it out per instructions but no joy. I cleaned and checked the...

Same problem. House does not cool to set temp. 80*. Also had a bad capacitor. Three different service companies. I trust two. Got rid of the first one. Total rip off. I was on vacation when it happened and my wife could not reach me. Had my preferred outfit out today. He thinks the control is...

    Home A/C Replacement in Arizona

I have a contractor grade Goodman 5 ton in Mesa, AZ. It has been having issues lately. Have had 5 service calls in last 1.5 months. I figure the stress of 110 F weather is showing me the weakness in my 7 year old system. Looking at replacement sooner rather than later. With an 85 year old MIL...
