    Didn't collect tons of dirt. I used a broom or just a leaf blower to get all the sand/dirt out when it would be real dirty. It was under $1500 for the 2 car garage.

    just signed up as I need direction in the best choice of floor coating and lift brands for my new garage. Roughly a 600 sq ft, 3 car garage that looks like backwards capital L. :D
