Yup, that's what the problem with mine was. I just took it apart, cleaned it out now works great for the last 4 years. The more I use my MJ the more I like it. Lot of guys in my neighborhood like it too, use it all the time for oil changes, exhaust etc.

Go for the epoxy mollies, they are a PITA to put in but worth the effort. Van

I've had my MaxJax for 2 or 3 years and it gets used all the time, never missed a beat. One of the best tools in my shop, highly recommend it.

I use fiber blades most of the time. Smooth cuts no chips.

I would still use the 90* elbows on the diverter, it keeps the hoses from sticking straight out. One other thing I have found helpful is I bought some 1/4"x1 1/2" oval head bolts the ones with the rounded top and put some plastic hose on the threads. I drop them into the mollies when the lift...

Very smart to go with the epoxy mollies. Word of advise on the mollies. Get all your holes drilled and cleaned out and have everything ready to go, the epoxy bones up fast. Also see if you can find my posts here about using 90* elbows on the hoses.

Don't waste your money on the bottle, your little guy will serve you just fine, I think it only takes 25psi and when the locks release you don't use any more air.

Got them from Dannmar, they have both 3" and 6" I use them all the time, just enough height to make it a little more comfortable under the car and they work great for lifting pick ups and suv

Be careful with those cinderblocks. They are not designed to load from that direction. You are only using three vertical members for support rather than the five it is designed for. Dont get under it on those blocks. Thanks but I just had them sitting there to set the car on for a minute while...

I have three different locations for the MJ in my shop and I move them all the time, I've got it down to about a 10 min ordeal. I like the flexibility.

Nice job VM. Looks like we have a few things in common :beer: I used these 6" extensions on the lift, makes it just high enough for me to comfortably get under the Z. These 90* elbows make the hoses lay down flatter on the floor.
