I got the tool tray painted. I baked it in the oven for 30 min @ 200 * waited for it to cool, then drilled & tapped the stand for 1/4-20 bolts. Done long week Im done playing for now.

Fab'd a little tool tray for the grinder stand this morning. just need to weld and paint it now.

I have a total of 4 different types of bench grinders plus a 1" belt sander for various uses. I've wanted to make this for some time. It's not finished yet. I still need to make a plate for my belt sander, add the lock bolt to each mounting tube / plate and mount each grinder on the plates...

I have done this. It did work some. I found if your pushing into the wheel the pads separate. I did buy a medium grit 6" scotchbrite wheel and I will never go back. I lost some knuckle skin a few times before it sunk in. Now I'm more careful of how I use it.

I sliced my forearm a few years ago and at the emerg the doctor used it on the 2" cut. Since then , I use it all the time. I keep a tube of Krazy glue fast setting in my fist aid box and in the shop.
