    Let's see your toolbox.

Snap On KRL7023 with Snap On KRL715 bulk end cab. Maybe one day I can find a way to justify a sweet stainless steel top for it.

Kobalt Vs Husky Vs Craftsman Pro Wall Cabinets

I'm very interested in this also. I'm between the Kobalt ones and the Gladiator myself. I like everything about the Gladiator except for the finish. My garage is battleship grey and my tool box and fridge are black so I think the Kobalt ones would look better. Does anyone have the Kobalt ones...

    MAC Tide is Turning...

I thought you meant the tide was turning because your distributor was actualy able to get something nice that was in the sale flier lol. When I parted ways with them in 09 it was hard to get anything in there no matter when you ordered it. But on a brighter note I'm glad to see Mac back with...

    Snap On replacements?

Yea, they have an 800 number on their web site I have had them replace a few things for me like that when we didn't have a truck running. It was a pretty quick and hassle free thing just call them and they will take care of you. And to comment on the chrome peal that is covered under warranty.

    Anyone else like Channellocks?

Channelock makes some good stuff and actually they make most of Mac Tools high end pliers (the ones with the dark red handles not the elcheapo ones that come in the big promo sets). For the money they are great but if you want the best of the best Knipex is it.

Out growing my craftsman tool box

I would talk to your local tool dealers and check the local classifieds for a nice used truck box. You should be able to find a nice 60" box in a mid grade Mac, Snap-On, or Matco for $1000 - $1500 USD. If you had the cash or weren't opposed to a bank loan you could probably get the best deal...

Gearwrench 6 pc. screwdriver set 50% off

Great buy on a quality product. As far as a non American made screwdriver they are top notch. I sold several sets of these when I was in the tool business and had no complaints at all. A perfect set for someone who didn't want to spend the money on a truck brand screwdriver.

Mac Tech 1000 vs Harbor Freight 41/44 tool boxes

I was a Mac Tools distributor for a few years and I can tell you first of all, as someone else said Waterloo did make the Economizer but did not make the Tech series boxes. The tech boxes are very well made and I would think you should expect to pay between 1200 and 1500 for a nice tech 1000...

    One car garage remodel

Now I'm researching floor covering so I will know what to go with when the weather breaks. And also waiting on my electrician friend to get some time to help me put in some florescent lights overhead.

    One car garage remodel

Then, I built a pegboard panel for over my tool box. I used 2 2'x4' sections. I read some mixed reviews on this but decided to paint it black. I used Valspar aerosol primer, Krylon gloss black aerosol, and Krylon clear coat aerosol. I was pleased with the way the paint turned out. The rattle can...

    One car garage remodel

Next, I put up a track rail system. After much research I decided to go with the Kobalt Krail from Lowes. So far I am pleased with the performance of it.

    One car garage remodel

Paint After getting all the clutter out the first task at had was to paint the paneling. I put on 2 coats of Kilz tinted my paint color, then painted 3 coats of exterior semi-gloss in a Valspar Vessel Grey.
