I need to replace the bottom weather strip peice on both the man door and 18' garage door in the garage. Can I just go to Lowe's/Home Depot/etc and get universal pieces for each door or is every door different?

Unfortunately, no updates to the garage. Lately, all of my time has been spent on the house/pool area. I've had a few projects going on in the garage, but they aren't really garage related. Hopefully it will pick back up after the first of the year.

The numbers were just examples. It only kicks on if I turn the heat up at least one degree or turn the unit off and back on.

I'm having a small issue with my furnace/thermostat. Thermostat is always set to 70 degrees. For the most part, the furnace keeps it at that temperature with no problems. But on occasion, I'll wake up in the morning or come home from work and the temperature is at 65-66 degrees and the...
