    My 40x64x16 pole barn

Great looking building... just a warning you will run out of money and the hours you spend on it will be exhausting. I know from experience and that seems to be the consensus. But it will be worth it in the end.

    IronCraigs Garage Build 40'x48'x14'

They are easy to work with and any on the fly upgrades you need they can work with you fairly quickly to get it done.... I had them do some things to help me on my attached garage conversion and they did it for a reasonable price including some plumbing work. They also held up their concrete...

    IronCraigs Garage Build 40'x48'x14'

Look forward to seeing the build... I did a 44x48x16 a few months ago. Just insulated and getting ready to plan for loft placement. You might consider 12' doors in case you ever want to maximize the 14' ceilings in the future. you might even consider one 18x12 door vs 2. Good Luck...

Ball Park cost for radiant heat in a new 24x35 garage?

44x48 $7,800 total I went with it because of my 21' ceilings. 10' ceilings i would go another less expensive route.

    2 story pole barn

Most would go with a smaller loft 36x16 minimal obstruction below would be needed. However, the builder should be able to provide trusses to your specs.... for a price.

Also added 20x12 attic storage (as seen in the pull down ladder) to maximize all space possible. Put a subfloor in 18" above trusses to allow for adequate insulation.

I just finished framing the inside of the garage... I'm going to go with batt insulation vs spray foam or spray cellulose. I also thought about house wrap on the inside and blowing insulation behind it. I'm just going the traditional route. Ive got R38 blown in the attic and already can feel...

OSB or Drywall?? Framing out inside and undecided on what i should do. OSB would be more durable... really 50/50 on this not leaning one way or the other.
