Just lost the roof to my brand new pole building...Advice for the rebuild?

I watched those videos and it just kept getting worse! I really thought all the trusses came down. Very disheartening for you, I could only imagine the feelings you had watching your building come down. I hope it all gets resolved and you end up with a much better building after all. Thank...

30'x50' Building - Two Doors on 30' Side??

Based on the layout of my spot I put the doors on the 60ft side. I did one 12x14 and 2-10x10. I initially thought to do the smaller doors for cost, and wall space along the front, but after driving in and out of a 10x10 I would recommend a minimum of 12' wide. Backing up a trailer in the 10'...

56mark.....what makes you go towards u140? My concrete shouldn't really need cleaning but definitely an etch should do. You guys have colder temps now too right?

    Wanting to seal, couple ???

So my floor is over 30 days now. It was power troweled and did not absorb the water within 5 minutes. I will etch it for sure. I'm narrowed down to the Covershield u140, or the Concrete sealers ts210. I am wondering with either product has anyone done half or over half the floor....then...

So they're the model 4050 door. A little thinner then I like but they're still really nice. As for openers I never really thought about them. I open shop doors at work manually so I think openers will wait a while.

    Negotiating construction costs?

I just recently had my post frame garage put up. I got probably 5 quotes for red iron, and 5 or 6 for post frame buildings. It took me over a year to actually decide. Unless the numbers are way out of whack, I personally wouldn't negotiate. I feel like it tarnishes the project relationship.

Yeah I'm surprised they even allowed a post frame building in town! Luckily out in the "country" we don't have many restrictions. We definitely share the hobbies! Although the firewood was from all the trees where the garage now sits. I believe I came to check out your car in the past when...

This will definitely be a multi purpose garage/workshop. I'm an everything mechanic so I want to have a space capable to take on almost any job. On one end will be car/motorcycle storage, middle bay will have a 2 post lift, and the tall bay will remain as open as possible to accommodate...
